Giovanni, head chef and owner of “Antica Gardumo” restaurant and Emanuele, brother who is about to graduate at the Art Academy, both pay close attention and detail to every dish that is served to the customer.
Using high quality products and mastering them to reach the truest and most genuine taste, each dish is at the basis of our cuisine philosophy.
Typical dishes revisited and creative cuisine are offered in a menu that presents a selection of six starters, first courses, mains and desserts. Bread, pasta, "gnocchi" and desserts are all home made.
Menus for large groups can be agreed with the chef.
